Melinda K. Jack, MD

After graduating from The Ohio State University, Dr. Melinda Jack attended medical school at the University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine. Dr. Jack did her surgical internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital located in Columbus, Ohio. She completed her surgical residency at The Ohio State University Medical Center and then Mount Carmel Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, where she was also the Chief Surgical Resident. After this residency, she pursued her Colon and Rectal Surgery fellowship at Grant Medical Center, in partnership with Mount Carmel East Hospital and The Ohio State University Medical Center.
Dr. Jack joined OhioHealth Colon and Rectal Surgeons (formerly Central Ohio Colon and Rectal Center, Inc.) in 2010. Dr. Jack is a member of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons, organizations dedicated to advancing and promoting the science and practice of the treatment of patients with diseases and disorders, namely affecting the colon, rectum, and anus. Dr. Jack also participates in the Colon and Rectal Fellowship residency at Grant Medical Center. 
Dr. Jack currently serves patients at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Gahanna Health Center.
Dr. Jack lives in the Powell area with her husband, her children, and their three dogs. She enjoys gardening, jogging, and playing outside with the dogs. She also enjoys watching the Buckeyes and the Blue Jackets.
